Returns and Warranty Information
All equipment purchased from TTI comes with a 30 warranty unless stated elsewhere. Warranty starts the day equipment is ordered.
Unopened boxes must be returned within 20 days of original order date. Returned unopened boxes come with 25% restocking fee unless stated elsewhere. TTI does not pay for return shipping freight.
Opened boxes are non returnable. Once box is opened TTI can not sell this item as new. If equipment is defective and purchased under 30 days TTI will replace the defective part with new, like new or refurbished replacement unless stated elsewhere.
TTI is not the manufacture of products sold and has no control if products arrive out of box failure or defective. TTI does not alter the equipment purchased unless that equipment is a repair order. Repair orders is for used equipment only. All repairs come with 30 Day Warranty unless stated elsewhere.
All Cloud System Installations come with 1 year minimum contract unless stated elsewhere in quote acceptance terms.
