TTI Named 2021 Vendor of Year​

In 2019 the vendor who managed our Avaya phone system in Jersey City went out of business and so TTI came to us through a recommendation. TTI was able to program the Avaya system and quickly replace a defective part.  They showed us how we could cut cost and better handle the calls using SIP Trunks instead of PRI Line.   They did such great work with our phones we rewarded them our IT business. Once we saw how well TTI performed with our IT needs we knew we wanted them to manage our 3 NYC Offices. Now TTI manages all our phones, faxes, and computers, and they continue to work hard for us and stay responsive to our needs.

We needed a new Phone System and TTI came highly recommended. Tom Kinney came in and looked over all our bills and showed us where we were overspending. He provided us with a new phone system that worked with SIP Trunks instead of Verizon Lines. The new phone system Auto Attendant directed our customers into a call Queue where calls are answered in the order they are received. Lastly, they provided us with customized Music on Hold that plays our company jingle.

​When I was at Continuum Health Alliance some of our clients were using Avaya Partner and ATT Phone Systems and we were having many issues with the existing phone vendors and/or finding some one else who can provide us with good service at a reasonable cost. I came across TTI and contacted Thomas, who was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I explained him our issues and asked him about his rates. As compared to others their rates were at least 30 to 50% less and their techs had good understanding of Avaya and ATT systems. On top of that their response time was great as all our clients were health care facilities and we needed things fixed fast. If you are looking for a new phone system solution and you need to support your existing solution TTI is absolutely great. I'm looking forward to work on more projects with TTI.

Just a quick note about TTI - Their work was exceptional for M. Buono Beef Co. in regard to installing a new phone system and saving the company 75% on the Verizon bill.
