It seems like everyone is selling Avaya's Cloud Office today, but TTI is doing something most other companies are not doing. For starters most of the agents selling the Cloud Office have no idea how the phone system work, and chances are they don't even use Avaya. TTI has been providing Avaya Phone Systems since the day we started our business 20 Years ago. When you buy a Cloud Office from us we will come in, place out the phones and train your staff how to use the phones and act as an added on-site support team to Avaya / Ring Central. If something is not working correctly, we will come back and help troubleshoot the problem. Other companies will leave it up to you, to program your own phone system and when you need help which most do, you will have to call support which is overseas. This is many decide to purchase their phone systems from a local business Partner.
AVAYA CLOUD PHONES
Avaya's IP Phones work with both their Cloud System and the Avaya IP Office 500v2 Phone System. These phones have a similar feel to 9500 Digital Phone Series and the 9600 IP Series. Voicemail, conference calls, transfer calls and placing calls on hold is the exact same as it was with 9500 and 9600 series phones. These phones come with a sleek look and you can change the display window to multiple colors and pictures that is built-in. As always Avaya phones are durable and reliable and built to last.
