For more than 20 years, TTI has installed, supported, and repaired business technology for offices, schools, medical practices, and warehouses across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York. One team handles your phones, the cabling behind them, the network they run on, and the equipment when it breaks.
Avaya Phone System Support
TTI has worked on Avaya systems since the Lucent days. We still support older platforms such as the Partner ACS, Magix, and IP Office 400, along with the IP Office 500 and 500V2. Whether you need programming, a part replaced, or a plan for what comes next, you work with technicians who know these systems.
- SIP trunking for your IP Office — TTI SIP 500 connects your existing IP Office 500 to SIP trunks to help lower your monthly line costs.
- Cloud or on-premise — Not sure which fits? Call TTI, and we'll walk you through both. We offer SkySwitch cloud phones alongside on-premise Avaya IP Office systems.

Many older Avaya systems have been discontinued, and TTI continues to support them. We also offer structured plans for moving legacy phone lines, fax machines, and paging systems as carriers retire copper service.
Structured Copper Cabling
TTI designs and installs copper structured cabling from end to end, from bulk cable and keystone jacks to patch panels and patch cords, built to TIA permanent link and channel specifications. As an ICC Elite Installer, we can register a completed system for ICC's performance warranty (15-year or lifetime, depending on the system), and terms apply. Example: A Data Rack Cleanup
When TTI inherited one customer's data rack, an Avaya IP Office, a patch panel, a KVM switch, a T1 line, and a monitor were buried in tangled cabling, and it was hard to know where to start with any problem. We cleaned up the rack, labeled and mapped every port, and labeled all 12 fax machines, so a technician can now tell right away what is plugged into each port. That makes future troubleshooting faster.
Switches, Routers, and Network Equipment
TTI installs and configures business switches and routers, including Peplink PoE switches and Grandstream routers, with VLANs, PoE planning, and remote management. We can size the equipment to your office and set it up so it works with your phones and Wi-Fi.
Paging and Intercom Systems
TTI has installed Bogen, Valcom, and Algo paging systems for more than a decade, in schools, doctors' offices, hospitals, and many other businesses.
- Drop-in ceiling speakers — Bogen's CSD2X2 and CSD2X2VR fit 2' x 2' and 2' x 4' ceiling grids. Installation takes one cut in the ceiling tile and a support rail that comes with the speaker.
- Telephone paging amplifiers — Bogen's TPU series (TPU15A, TPU35B, TPU60B, TPU100B, and TPU250) are wall-mounted mixer-amplifiers made for telephone paging. They mute background music automatically while a page is made and level the page volume.
- Algo IP accessories — Mounting hardware, ring detectors, and emergency call buttons that add functions to Algo IP paging endpoints.
Repair Service for Avaya Equipment
Before you throw out broken Avaya equipment, ask TTI. Our repair team can often repair phones, circuit packs, and modules, which can cost far less than buying new. Repairs come with a one-year warranty.
