To qualify, installation must be completed by the end of March, or at least the billing process must commence by then. If billing starts by the end of March, the first month of free service will begin on April 1, 2025, with the first bill due on September 1, 2025.

Definition of a Seat
Seat Explanation: A seat refers to an extension. Typically, an extension includes a phone. However, users who prefer to use a softphone or their cell phone app will still require an extension, which counts as a seat.
Business Eligibility
Eligibility Criteria: Most businesses qualify, but TTI needs to understand the nature of your business and your monthly call volume. Call centers, which generate a high volume of minutes, can impact our bottom line. Therefore, TTI must evaluate your calling minutes.
Brick-and-Mortar Requirement: Each new customer must have a physical presence in US to prevent abuse of the system by those outsourcing users overseas with no intention of paying.
Existing IP Phone Compatibility
Phone Compatibility: If you have an existing system with phones in place, TTI can reuse these phones, provided they are compatible with our phone systems. Most manufacturers' phones work with our SkySwitch system, but not all.
Compatible brands include Yealink, Poly, Grandstream, and Fanvil. We must verify part numbers in advance to ensure they are not outdated models. Phones from Avaya, Cisco, and Mitel are not compatible. All new phone purchases must be made through TTI to avoid any issues with phone functionality. General pricing is available on our website.

Discounted Pricing: TTI offers discounted prices for orders of 200 seats and above. The extent of the discount depends on the manufacturer's willingness to provide competitive pricing. Yealink, in particular, is known for offering significant discounts.
