To strengthen entry point security, TTI deployed the Grandstream GDS3710 HD Video Door System at key access locations. The system allowed staff to enter using dial codes or key fobs, with each credential tracked to monitor campus activity. In the main office, these door systems were integrated with Yealink Video Desk Phones, giving administrators clear visibility and direct control over building access.
For classroom communication, TTI installed cost‑effective Yealink IP phones, ensuring every teacher had reliable connectivity. During rollout, staff found the Yealink video phones more intuitive and user‑friendly than comparable Grandstream models. Importantly, by combining both manufacturers, the district retained all critical features — our phone system integrated them effortlessly, enabling both device types to operate side by side without compromise.
