Peplink Speed Fusion

Speed Fusion
What is Speed Fusion
Peplink’s patented Speed Fusion technology powers enterprise VPNs that tap into the bandwidth of multiple low-cost cable, DSL, 4G/5G/LTE, and other links connected anywhere on your corporate or institutional WAN. Whether you’re transferring a few documents or driving real-time POS data, video feeds, and VoIP conversations, Speed Fusion pumps all your data down a single bonded data-pipe that’s budget-friendly, ultra-fast, and easily configurable to suit any networking environment

Once Speed Fusion tunnel is formed, sessions are broken down and the resulting packets are sent separately across as available WAN-to-WAN connections. Because each WAN-to-WAN connection is encrypted separately, potential hackers would need to obtain the key to every WAN-to-WAN connection before they stand a chance of accessing the data contained within. This makes Speed Fusion technology virtually impervious to man-in-the-middle attacks.

Speed Fusion allows you to be on a call and if you Primary Internet connection was to fail the call would not drop as the backup connection is always running. This way there is no break in the connection and your important call goes uninterrupted. The same remains true with Video calls as you connection continues to run so there is no lag in your connection and your presentation remains on point.
How speed fusion works

Speed Fusion Bandwidth Bonding

Bandwidth bonding combines data at the packet level, enabling you to combine the speed of multiple connections. This is useful for situations where bandwidth is scarce, such as at a remote site, or in a moving vehicle. This technology also enables branch offices to connect to the head office at greater connection speeds.
As you can see from the video below, once the connections are bonded this will help avoid any bottlenecking. Speed Fusion controls the speed of your internet connections and makes sure it allocates the appropriate bandwidth required to keep your network running at top performance.

Speed Fusion Wan Smoothing

WAN Smoothing utilizes intelligent algorithms to fill in connectivity gaps, trading bandwidth for greater connection resiliency. WAN Smoothing minimizes latency and reduces the impact of packet loss. For instance, when live broadcasts are jittery due to packet loss, WAN Smoothing sends redundant packets through multiple network channels simultaneously, instantly filling in the gaps in data and eliminating the effects of packet loss.

WAN Smoothing consumes more bandwidth than Bandwidth Bonding, but increases connection consistency. Use it when you need consistent delivery of time-sensitive traffic.

Speed Fusion Hot Failover

PepLink have developed multiple technologies with Speed Fusion designed to address specific networking problems.  In cases where Bonding is not a good fit, we can implement a Hot Failover. This gives us more flexibility and creativeness to address network challenges.

In the event of a WAN disconnection, Hot Failover will transfer your traffic to another connection while maintaining session persistence. This seamless transition means that you won’t experience interruptions in your activities.
Basic Failover
Basic Failover
Failover offered in existing technologies will transfer sessions to another connection, but will not prevent the session from breaking when one WAN connection fails. This results in some interruptions or down time.
Hot Failover
Advanced Failover
In the event of a WAN disconnection, Hot Failover will transfer your traffic to another connection while maintaining session persistence. This seamless transition means that you won’t experience interruptions in your activities.

Speed Fusion Dynamic Weighted Bonding

As a level-up to existing technology, Dynamic Weighted Bonding can define latency values on cellular connections before they are aggregated. It helps achieve better performance by combining
connections with similar latencies, rather than being affected by weak connections.

Peplink Unbreakable Mobile Connectivity

FIRST RESPONSE

FirstNet (band 14) provides first responders with a specialized LTE network with more priority and network capacity. The HD4 MBX supports band 14, providing additional coverage as the situation demands.
Device has been also certified by UK’s Emergency Services Network (ESN).
Peplink Cellular devices allows for multiple carriers to connect to a single device.  The two or three connection bond and if one of the providers go down the other remains active so you never feel a drop.  This is great for when you are working in a dead zone that affects one one of the carriers.

Peplink Public Safety
Achieve a robust and secure wireless network for any public safety agency by providing rapid speeds, ultra-low latency, and unmatchable connectivity to strengthen communications.
